The release of Donald Rumsfield using verses of the bible on top secret briefs detailing the progress of the Iraq War is not startling. The War in Iraq was described as a ‘Crusade’ rather than modern day warfare. The news may seem surprising to many news organisations but to many Muslims this isn’t a shocking revelation. A few years ago anyone who described the War in Iraq as a crusade against Muslims was classed as an extremist or as being absurd. It is clear that are so many hidden truths but it will probably take years before the truth comes out. It seems hypocrisy is now fashionable, countries before used to outwardly pillage and invade just because they could. Nowadays the United States and Britain use the humanitarian mask and the velvet cloth covered by the iron fist to fit in with the current moral nature of the environment we live in today. Of course the mass public become indoctrinated by the ridiculous moral reasoning and when this is all seen as lies it is swept under the carpet and the same reasoning is used in the next invasion.
Before America go around labelling countries or organisations terrorist nations or groups they need to take a good look in the mirror, the fact is fundamentally America seem to be the fundamentalist bending their evangelical views to fit in with a War that was unjustified and morally wrong. The United States are battling a terrorist threat that was created by them, a cancer left to infact a nation already ravaged by war, now that this ‘cancer’ has spread to another nation it is difficult to control.
Afghanistan was left despite the Taliban’s dangerous growth and the Taliban have entered into Pakistan. Iraq was the chosen ‘crusade’ for the Bush government and the Muslim World, who had their suspicions previously have now have there suspicions confirmed.
..................................................................................
Poetry is way to describe the indescribable, a way to release pent up frustration, Muslim youth these days are looking for emancipation, and its important we represent ourselves through our speech as the government our acting like a proverbial leech. As a person who disagrees with the conjunction ‘in’ that pollutes the word justice. I think it’s important that society trusts us.
be the metaphorical Salhudin with your pen, and write rhymes for the riotous.

Formation of Fascism
Formation of Fascism
Fascism is hope for the white skinned underclass,
As the ‘racial foreigners’ are blamed,
Despite their birth in Britain’s grasp,
Poverty is rife as the economy bites harder,
Yet governments are busy
Helping the wealthiest wealth grow larger
Bigotry is adopted, as desperation staggers
Racist agenda’s are discovered,
And voting is all that matters
Multi-culture is exposed, as a blanket of disaster,
Communities are destroyed
As equality disintegrates faster
Ethnic people in power are puppets in disguise,
They don’t speak for me,
And I will never swallow their lies
I want to ask the BNP,
If the immigrants leave,
And the so called racial foreigners,
As days and months pass,
Who will clean Great Britain’s ass?
Should we have expected this?
Should we have expected the rise of the BNP? The answer is yes, history has shown for a fascist ideology to grow and blossom an economic crash is the ignition. This all may have slipped the governments mind and the public’s attention. Perhaps the BNP strive in the media attention however which such negative press compounded onto them this may not be a bad thing. Usually the public becomes mobilised and the threat is quashed as events such as Love music, Hate racism have shown but will it be that easy this time seeing as the BNP only need a proportionate amount of votes to win a seat at the European parliament. If beating the BNP via democracy does not work what will the plan be for the government, could the BNP be overhauled and would this contradict the whole morality of democracy. The government need to think of a strategy to defeat the Party, as it may not be that easy this time.
One thing is for sure, is that planned marches could happen in towns and villages up north (Notably Liverpool) however London is a fortress against fascism and even through community dysfunction I still believe that London would unite against fascism and that is one of the reasons that makes me proud of the city.
Even if the BNP are defeated the whole issue of the underclass must be put into question because if the question of defending Britain against Fascism is brought up again and again there is a worrying trend developing. The government should seek advice from organisations that help the poverty stricken underclass into environments where they can strive and become successful. Organisations and charities such as the Active Change Foundation help youngsters overcome difficulties using a series of workshops there spending was once funded by the government but the recent economic crash meant that the organisation was surviving without funding. By investing in charities that help develop poorer area’s is a long term antidote to help the underclass strive and rise, this whole idea would mean future threats by the BNP would be a thing of the past.
Swine Flu or as I like to call it Pigfluenza
The recent debacle over Swine Flu and its deadliness has caused me to write about the over hyped pig/bird/human disease, I recently read that the United States government prefer to call it the scientific name of H1N1 so as to not damage the ‘thriving’ pig industry! I think I will stick to using pig based names for this disease, without wanting to damage the pig industry. The common symptoms of the disease have caused people to be alarmed at any sneeze, anywhere at anytime. Infact I witnessed a man on the bus sneeze before indulging into his bacon sandwich, maybe I should have got off the bus! But all this fear is what the media and government is best at, do we really need to worry that much? My relaxed nature over the disease has caused me to fear monger people as a joke, my personal favourite is that the H1N1 virus may mutate and spread to graveyards were the dead will adopt a pig based re-incarnation were they will roam the streets and spread the virus! Unfortunately some people do not take this as a joke, and they are probably right because due to poor sanitation and the lack of hygiene when eating (or the fact that the Muslims and Jews were right in not eating pig!) people have died and suffered due to this horrible virus, lets hope it passes without causing any more deaths.

The Morality of torture
Thought I would add another poem to this blog!
Gitmo Rhymes
They tape his face and hood is head,
They grab his hair and pull his dreads,
And take him to the camp,
His orange suit illuminating,
As the guards don’t stop discriminating
There faces are really intimidating,
As they chuck him in the cell,
He ponders on the thought of hope,
The fumes inside almost make him choke,
His dreams of childhood: smoking dope,
And wakes to shouting men,
Why they took him is a mystery,
He thinks its cos he has a plagued ancestry,
But the politicians know.
As his body seems to waste away,
Human rights has no say,
As each second seems like a day,
The injustice burns like fire,
As I walk the street I fear the worst,
When will my liberal bubble burst?
And which camp will it be?
I see the people demonstrating,
But I still see folks, who keep on hating,
Not enough people are participating,
For hatred is a fuel
Spread through streets like a virus,
Its said to have many admirers,
Not least the BNP
Let’s rise and fight this intelligently,
Cos it’s a question of morality,
We have to get this equality,
Cos it aint gonna go away

H.T.T.Y.O - How to torture your own.
The following is a simple guide on how to torture your own citizens
Torture them cos’ they have no rights,
Hide your morals, turn a blind eye,
And tell your foreign minister to learn how to lie,
Deploy M15, ask him the questions,
Make sure he knows, there ain’t no choice,
He’s just a prisoner; he hasn’t got a voice,
‘He’s a terrorist; he worked for Al-Qa’ida’
Stack up the slander, build the weak case,
Prepare the fake courts, hide his face,
Case closed, only one outcome
Guilty as an innocent, mask the reality,
And make sure you sprinkle the courts with a gloss of legality,
Conceal the reports, forget he existed,
Make sure the public are kept in the dark,
Instead concentrate; you have a new mark.© Mohamed-Zain Dada
The recent release of Binyan Mohamed from Guantanamo bay and the collusion of the M15 and supposedly the British government in the rendition and torture of the detainee, suggests that the idea of ‘morality’ was favourably abolished during the Bush and Blair years. The question is can the public trust this current government anymore. For an ordinary citizen being sold out by your own government, the feeling of betrayal is indescribable. The citizen pay’s taxes, abides the law, works everyday to provide for his/her family. We can add on to that list that the citizen could also be detained and taken to camps to serve a 7 year jail sentence accompanied with daily torture even if he or she is innocent.
Morality can be defined in a couple of ways. There are different views on what is right or wrong via different countries. Some countries use morals within religion to define how their country is run, and some nations have an unwritten laws were the morality is often encompassed inside society, this stems from life’s experiences and what environments we as human beings are exposed to as we grow up. Our empiricist correct in the notion that our minds are blank slates? Or are we born with the idea of what is right and wrong? As a global society their needs to be stricter adjudication on not only torture but the rendition of foreign nationals within other nations. Although the UN convention against torture has been signed by 76 nations it seems to be ignored by independent judicial systems. This needs to change, instead of the foreign office admitting to colluding with America in torturing detainees there needs to be a modification of the law on the safe return of refugees. If global leaders have not got the morality to make that decision, then we as a public need to bring that to Gordon Brown’s attention.
There is no morality in torturing a man to admit to committing a crime; the idea of it all is absurd. Detain any man or women on the street and torture them and the likelihood is he will admit to a crime to escape the mental or physical pain inflicted upon him. Through torture the British and American government have contradicted themselves, the barbarity of torture is obvious, never mind detaining men without trial, yet other nations are backward? Barack Obama mentioned that he will lend a hand if nations choose to ‘unclench their iron fists’ but maybe the United States need to unclench their own iron fist to lend a hand in the first place.
If the British government crave the trust of the public again they will need to clearly state that under no circumstances can their own citizens be taken and tortured. Whether any action will be taken is unlikely, the closure of Guantanamo bay is significant but it is likely that there are other camps were conditions are far worse.

New World Order?
I start every Blog with a poem, since this is my first blog i start with this poem 'New World Order?' Written and perfected on Febuary 27th, 19:35!
New World Order?
Claiming higher moral ground,
Not how their views were originally found?
No, divide and rule, destroy and plunder,
Rape nations of their economic thunder,
Creating divisions, dividing relations,
Having conferences and pointless conversations,
Africa, apparently is a used toy,
No, we need a new world ploy
Hindered democracy lets intervene!
Money to be made? If we succeed
Most advanced continent in the Globe!
Through slavery, War, greed and imperialism!
Dismissing want, and implementing need.
Ignorance is bliss, hatred ignored,
Anger against communities is hidden and stored,
‘For they are at fault that renegade country’,
Shout the hypocrites, head held high,
Civilians are killed, people ask why?
Bosnians never died,
Palestinians do not exist,
Africa is doing well,
And we do not possess the iron fist.
They make the rules, the world complies
They Rob Africa, she cries,
They encourage freedom,
Yet people are not liberated,
Iraq goes boom, children are annihilated
And for the oppressed masses, we will support,
But we must take a piece, perhaps a foreign import?
Money makes the World go round?
No, Money makes Europe go round. ©
By Mohamed-Zain Dada aged 16
As a Muslim British Teenager in this Country, (yes I said Muslim first, British second please do not over analyse that!) I feel a sense of cumulative anger at what is happening in the world. What is more frustrating is that all the injustices throughout the World are being branded as ‘implementing freedom’ this suggestion is absurd. This new ‘fight for freedom’ is simply a new name for imperialism to fit in with the new ideology that nations are free to do what they want. But apparently the larger part of Europe and the United States of America do not feel that way, this is all a larger part to fight terrorism. Now, don’t get me wrong Im all for fighting terrorism, but not when one nation (Iraq) loses over 350,000 of its population and not when innocent men are taken to camps in Cuba without trial, where is the democracy in that? The British government are at fault in this situation, complying with America to compromise our values is not the independent democratic nation that I know and love as Great Britain.
Yes, Saddam was bad everyone agrees including me, but people also agree that War is bad. Robert Mugabe is a tyrant, arguably as bad as Saddam Hussein but where is the ‘liberation’ there? Since when did ‘weapons of mass destruction’ become a fight to give Iraqi’s freedom? When did this transition happen? Muslims have question unanswered by the British government, yet if we speak up we are labelled as ‘terrorists.’ Iran is developing nuclear weapons, so what? Are independent nations not allowed to make decisions for themselves, apparently not? People see Iran as ‘the other’ similar to Russia during the cold war, but if you view Iran closely it is a forward thinking nation, a recent program Iran and the West on BBC 2 highlighted the history between the two nations, and throughout history America has dismissed Iran before it even opened its relations with America. America is number one, yes no one else counts not even Britain that’s the view that I see via the countless American politicians.
The issue of Palestine seems to be the most contentious issue for most young Muslims here in Britain, I Don’t want to get in a wide debate about Palestine but its clear that the victims are the Palestinians yet who receives the support? All these rhetorical questions, but where do the answer's lie?
The British Government asks why Young Muslims are so angry, yet they do not ask why their regime is so messed up? The answer is in front of us, yet through the cobwebs of propaganda via right wing British media we seem to ignore it and go along with the status quo. The British media is so influential in this country and Muslims need to take advantage of that, what we don’t need is token Muslim ‘Lords’ and ‘Barons’ to represent us!

Poverty is the worst form of violence. Mohandas Gandhi
A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual doom. Martin Luther King, Jr.
